Ella is the frontline voice of our brands, managing the vital connection between our products and the global community of pet owners. As our "Customer Service Queen," she oversees all Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) communications, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standard of excellence. Ella doesn’t just answer inquiries; she listens to the nuances of our customers’ wants and needs, providing the team with invaluable real-world feedback.
On the digital front, Ella translates this deep customer understanding into our social media presence. Mati
Mati ensures that our retail partners are as knowledgeable as our founders. She leads our Retail Training program, equipping stockists with the technical expertise needed to provide genuine value to the end user.
As our Photographer, Mati captures the authentic marketing moments that move products off shelves, utilising her deep understanding of gear and dog behavior. When she isn’t behind the lens, she is a seasoned "show hand," providing boots-on-the-ground support at events. Whether she’s kneeling in the mud for a perfect harness fit or offering solutions to the "not always sunshine and rainbows" challenges of dog ownership, Mati ensures our brands maintain a supportive, expert, and visually stunning presence in the real world.
